WARNING!
Do not fill out this form multiple times. It will not get your password reset faster. You must allow 12-24 weekday hours for a password reset. It is possible that your password may not be reset on on a weekend. Passwords are reset manually, not by a computer. You will not be notified of the password reset. You will need to try logging into your account until you see it has been changed.
If you have completed this form and your password has not been reset and it has been more than 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays), go ahead a complete the form again.
You must include the correct Student ID number including leading zeros to make 6 digits to get your password reset. Your STUDENT ID can be found on your schedule under your name. You will have to use this number as your website username. If you are not including the leading zeros when logging in, you will get a password error.
